Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Ville St-Laurent/Mont-Royal

My best friend was visiting from out of town and we were celebrating her birthday along with the holidays. When we arrived we were asked if we preferred the quieter area of the restaurant, and we proceeded to have a wonderful evening catching up , and thouroughly enjoying the delicious tasting menu. The lamb chops were perfection! Service throughout was professional and friendly, our water glasses filled all evening. The chairs were very comfortable and the ambience in our corner perfect for conversation. Couldn’t ask for more.

We arrived to a hostess who was not service oriented. Even though it’s a casual place, dining out is a treat for many and the experience has to be good. As we sat at our table a waiter named Jaris rolled around and saw our faces… It was his pleasure to make us happy. He was the difference between so-so and fabulous and all it took was a little tlc. We even told the manager when we left how great he was and how much of an impact he made. Running a restaurant is not easy but if you aim to please you are most of the way there.

Tried 1 app and 3 dishes, all excellent! The pad thai is delicious and the iced black tea with condensed milk is truly incredible. Service was great, very kind staff. The bartender Glen is so sweet. Woman owned establishment which is a plus in my book. Highly recommend!

The food is always very good. The best Caesar salad, salmon, steaks. The best place for an amazing meal. A plus, with the valet parking. I highly recommend that restaurant.

Food was a solid A but the service ended very poorly. The waiter came with the check cover opened and after I paid he literally dumped the transaction receipt on the table and said “Merci” and left. I gave a 20% tip on a $350 bill so I dont understand the attitude at all…
