- AAlJacksonville / Northeast Florida •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur meal was very good. We only had a party of two, which is a bit of a challenge for a restaurant where food is served family-style. For most people, an entree can easily serve two people. If you are light eaters, perhaps even three. We shared a chicken scalloping in lemon butter sauce ($32). The chicken was very tender, and the sauce was good enough to dip bread in. The dish also had a bed of sautéed spinach below the chicken. We also shared a mixed greens salad ($30) which was HUGE. It could easily serve 4 people. The salad was a nice mixture of greens with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, and olives in their house Italian dressing. My only complaint is why they would put pitted olives in a salad. Not that hard to pick out and eat individually, but it would be possible to scoop one up with some lettuce and bite into it without knowing. The servers seemed to work very hard, though the number of tables they had meant it was a tad slow. The vibe was very good, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We will definitely keep Carmine’s on our list for future New York trips, especially if we are in groups larger than two.More infoCarmine's - 44th Street - NYCPrice: Moderate• Italian• Theater District•4.6

- RRobvipNew York City •17 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad another great experience. Food, drinks and service were all excellent. I had the veal porterhouse, which was perfectly cooked, that I definitely would order again. My wife totally enjoyed her burger. My son and daughter’s ribeye and filet were properly cooked to their desired temperatures. Our appetizers and side were delicious as was dessert. Our server and all of the staff that we interacted with were very courteous and friendly.More infoSteakhouse 85Price: Expensive• Steakhouse• New Brunswick•4.8

- CChevaunvipWashington, D.C. Area •11 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 19, 2024This was my first time visiting New Brunswick, NJ, and I love Italian cuisine. I am so happy I was able to get a reservation at Catherine Lombardi’s! From start to finish, the service and atmosphere was impeccable, and the food was delicious to boot! The server was attentive and knowledgeable. The owner stopped by our table to offer insight on the menu and to check in with our group. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and dessert. Too many flavor profiles to share in detail but there is not a bad dish at all and our group tried several. I want to return to New Brunswick just to go back to the restaurant. I highly recommend Catherine Lombardi’s.More infoCatherine LombardiPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Brunswick•4.7
