The food was delicious. We had the butter lettuce (yummy dressing), the prawns and mushroom skewers (both are must haves) along with the rib eye steak. Everything was fantastic! The dessert was also to die for!

My husband's steak was tough. He didn't want to complain and I thought it was important to tell them. The waiter and management were exceedingly kind and apologetic. They quickly replaced the steak and it was wonderful according to my husband. The chef checked the steak and confirmed it had muscle or something in it and confirmed it would be tough. In all, it was a wonderful experience. They said they were VERY happy we let them know and wanted our experience to be a good one. IT WAS! We have always had a great dining experience at Musso & Frank.

Next up were the **Pan Roasted Chicken Gizzards**—a dish that showcases Bestia's flair for transforming humble ingredients into extraordinary culinary delights. The gizzards were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, sitting atop a bed of smoked cabbage that lent an earthy richness. Croutons provided an exciting crunch, while aged goat cheese introduced an intriguing tanginess; every forkful was balanced and comforting. The star of our appetizer parade was undoubtedly the **Housemade Buttermilk Ricotta**. Deconstructed yet elegantly presented, this dish felt like poetry on a plate. This dining experience at 71Above was excellent, the three course meal was incredible, from my first course the farm salad, to my second course the ribeye steak and lastly my third course the mango rice pudding. The food was amazing, the view of overlooking downtown LA from the 71st floor just added to the ambiance; as well as our amazing waiter making it an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend 71Above!!!!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Benihana, thanks to our chef, Precious. She was incredibly personable and made the evening even more enjoyable with her engaging personality. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious, showcasing her culinary skills beautifully. I would love to have Precious as our chef again on our next visit!
