- RRobertaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •88 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCascal continues to be a top notch lunch or dinner spot. The Spanish food is lively and profusely diffuse. While the prices have inched up,so it has in the other fine restaurants in Silicon Valley. I will return!More infoCascalPrice: Moderate• Tapas / Small Plates• Mountain View•4.7
- MMicheleSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI was in town visiting family for Christmas, all Assyrian immigrants from Iraq, who are very discerning when it comes to "good food." I've not been here in over 10yr, but it has always been my favorite restaurant. I brought the entire family for lunch on 12/26/24. Carlos was our waiter. We had a table of 14 that included three children under 4yr and three teenagers (who asked for I don't know how many refills). I know; we were a lot. The food was not only exceptional, it came out hot, and it came out quickly. Very impressive. I heard at least 4-5 relatives comment on the hummus being "next level," and let me tell you, that is a HUGE compliment from a family of amazing chefs. Carlos was just a wonderful, effcient, and patient server. I waited tables at the Crow's Nest when I was earning my teaching credential, so I know how hard serving a large (loud, needy) party can be, and he never missed a mark. (I hope you use him to train all your new servers).More infoDishdash SunnyvalePrice: Moderate• Middle Eastern• Sunnyvale•4.9
- JJenniferSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBesides the food being the best around…prime rib truly melts in your mouth …the employees there are such great human beings! This was my mom's and my favorite restaurant. This was my first time dining without her. But instead of a sad night, my waiter, Ashely, and the staff went above and beyond for me when I came in on one of their busiest nights to honor my late mother and best friend. The compassion and kindness Ashely and her manager Peter showed me was unbelievable!! They are wonderful human beings and showed me that there are still wonderful people in the world.More infoSundance The SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.8
