Awesome service and delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. The food presentation is beautiful and is served promptly. I highly recommend the scallops and if available the, uni. The brussel sprouts are addictive. I will have the lamb on my next visit. For desert, the Green Tea Opera is outstanding! Don’t miss this gem in Vancouver!

We were seated by a fire place on a really busy Friday night, so it was way too hot. Our waiter was great and food was good. My husband didn't like the prime rib as much this time . The steak Oscar was really good as usual!

Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!
