Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Overall 4 stars. Most of my dishes were really good, unfortunately on of my raw dishes wasn’t good. Management didn’t charge it but never came up to my table to apologize. Service was good.
