The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip.     Exceptional staff, service, ambiance, food quality and hospitality. This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!

    We had a very friendly waiter, take about services with a smile, he has done it above and beyond and is a joy to see. The ambience is there, right around the bar area and we can see the bartender focusing on making his concoctions with care and love. The food is excellent especially the apple tartan with the added touch of vanilla ice cream!
