Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Cannery Hotel & Casino

After 6 months waiting for the our dinner reservation date to arrive, Golden Steer did not disappoint. My party of 7 came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st bday . We were seated in our own private room of the restaurant which was a pleasant surprise. Our family indulged in the table side Caesar salad prepped by Alex to start, cocktails (With Love was our favorite - we ended up ordering 3 for the table!) garlic bread, Aussie lobster tails, bone in rib eye, salmon, NY strip, Shrimp de Jonghe (absolutely incredible w/good sized and tasty shrimp!) tomahawk , the mushrooms, twice baked potatoes, cream of corn, and the bananas foster for dessert (also prepped table side) to top it off was so good! Service by Corey and James was so thoughtful and prompt. Not an empty glass in sight! Will definitely come back! Thank you for our awesome first dining experience! We look forward to dining there again and making that drive from LA for another special celebration. All the incredible reviews were spot on!

Portions were great and main course was excellent. Ceviche trio portion was great but only enjoyed 2/3 . I’d definitely go again but would recommend only getting the single ceviche app. Cheers

We haven’t been here in a while and still the most amazing place to dine. We had a wonderful evening even though we ate late into the night (9:00 reservations). Everything here from the steak to the lobster mac and cheese to the drinks were top notch. It’s nice to know that some places still can bring such joy.

The Top Of the World at the STRAT was one of the best meals I've had overall. The short ribs were tender, and full of flavored, the shaved Brussels Sprout salad was crisp and fresh with the perfect level of cheese and dressing, the ribeye steak was fantastic, tender, and delicious. I can say it has been the best meal so far I've had in Vegas. The view at sunset is spectacular and worth getting there at 4:00pm in late November to see the sun set over the mountains. The service was perfect.

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious.
