Work meeting and picky steak eaters. Food quality was good as anyone in the city. Service was over the top good. Hostess to Server was awesome

We had an overall excellent experience at jags last night. The food was full of flavor and the service was top notch. It didn’t surprise me that our server has been working there for over 21 years.

Our table was ready when we arrived! My husband and I both ordered Filets. They were cooked perfectly. The Cajun butter was also amazing.

It was my wife's 71st birthday. She had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon. She loved it. I had a taste and I agreed. I had the Surf & Turf and selected the Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak and the Ahi Tuna. First, the carrots and mushrooms were delicious. The Tuna was great, especially with the ginger and horseradish sauce. The steak was a little gutty, cooked well and had a good taste overall but I wasn't overly impressed. The potatoes were good but nothing to brag about. We had a bottle of their Malbec, very nice. A little over priced and I thought there was a little too much pushing on the wine club. I was surprised that there was not even a small token desert for my wife's birthday. And when we were well into our dinner we realized that we never got any bread before dinner. Overall though I would go back, but I'll be a little more demanding. I prefer a laid back approach and expect to get great service across the board from start to finish. Our waiter was courteous prompt and we did not have to wait for anything.
