Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Puerto Nuevo Norte

This was our second time coming here. The first time we came to Marmalade was in or around February of 2022. It was our first experience in a fine dining restaurant. We were not disappointed. Since then, we have been only to one other fine-dining restaurant besides Marmalade, but it just doesn’t compare to this one. Marmalade is more intimate, the food here is exceptional, and when we went last night we personally enjoyed it more this second time around. The tiny bean soup, the lamb, the popcorn shrimp, the organic beef tartar with the truffles (we had truffles!) was all absolutely delicious. The desserts are so creative and unlike anything I’ve ever had in my life before. A lot of complexity, beautiful presentations, savory…absolutely the best! I have a hard time believing I would be able to find a better fine dining experience with good value as Marmalade!

Great food, ambience and service! My wife and I have been celebrating our wedding anniversaries at Morton’s for the past 15 years or so, and will continue doing so in the future thanks for the great time we always have there! Carlos, our waiter was a great host! See you next year!

Every bite was extraordinary, from the amuse-bouche to dessert. The creative play on Puerto Rico’s local flavors was a delightful fusion of tradition and innovation. A great meal & the view from the rooftop can’t be beat. The food is not cheap but it is worth it.
