- MMARKToronto / Ontario •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat spot for Mexican food!! Nice ambiance and our server was so nice and friendly. Value for what we got..... Fish tacos ( fantastic) 3 of them is a filling meal. Worth the cost. Guacamole with chips $20 not worth the price I feel it's expensive for the amount of Guacamole and the portion of chips. 14oz Stella beer on tap $13.00 especially when theres 2 inches of foam at the top. Maybe a new guy pouring dont know....( not worth it) most places this is like 9 bucks. Other then that it's a cool vibe. I'll go back for tacos.More infoEl CatrinPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Distillery District•4.5
- SSueVIPToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoLately Sassafraz is my restaurant of choice for lunch or dinner due to their great menu and fabulous service! I reserved a table in the dining room but we were seated in the café. The staff were very responsive to our request to move to the dining room and Jeff the GM did everything possible to make amends. We were once again very happy with our meal at Sassafraz and we will be back!!More infoSassafrazPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Yorkville•4.6
- EEmilyVIPMontreal / Quebec •90 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe sat the bar and had a great evening. So many special thoughtful things throughout the night. Bread service was delicious and the desserts at the end were a treat. We had the cod and the wagyu and both were delicious. The pasta was also very tasty. Great selection of cocktails and wine. Was pleased to see some sake selections as well. Special evening out.More infoDaNicoPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Little Italy / College St.•4.8
- LLindaToronto / Ontario •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoLove the Elvis show. Atmosphere excellent. Noisy for sure. Service great. Caesar salad not my favourite. Flatbread could have been cooked more. Calamari and shrimp were excellent. Caesar salad needed more garlic and could not taste any anchovies.More infoOld Mill TorontoPrice: Very Expensive• Continental• Etobicoke•4.5
- GBGailBToronto / Ontario •2 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 10, 2024Enjoyed the tasting menu food at Enigma. Some courses were excellent. The salmon, foie gras, scallop and Wagyu beef courses were outstanding. Others were OK. The miss was the lobster dish which lacked any lobster flavour. The wines offered in the wine pairing were OK, but not impressive. Two sakes, and a rather tasteless white Japanese wine, were excessive for a 10 course meal that was not billed as Japanese. The service was attentive, but seemed rushed, even though the room was half empty on a rainy Tuesday evening. Very annoying, the staff kept trying to remove our wine glasses before they were empty, sometimes without asking. Most of the staff described the dishes so quickly that we certainly missed some of their descriptions. Overall, I would say the value for money was average. My acid test of a restaurant is the answer to this question: Would I dine their again? In this case, the answer is no.More infoEnigma YorkvillePrice: Very Expensive• International• Yorkville•4.8
