The Quality Chop House celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2019.Our menus are seasonally-focused and change daily based around the best produce delivered each morning. We had the set lunch. All very tasty. Good choice of wines available in a short but well chosen list. Would definitely go back. Only criticism is a window that has a blind across it at the rear lets in a draft that in winter is uncomfortable. Everything else was lovely

A wonderful venue - amazing decor - and considering where it is, not outrageously expensive. The starters and desert were delicious and the aubergine main course was unusual and very much enjoyed by my friends. My trout was a bit disappointingly tasteless. I will definitely return.

This venue is nothing short of amazing. You start your journey down the steps of a typical Victorian WC but having descended your greeted by attentive and happy staff. You can still see what the space was originally intended for but it’s been cleverly designed to be a sultry bar with cool music and a cocktail list to die for. The food was so tasty and accompanied the drinks beautifully. We were celebrating our 25 year being together and it was a memorable night where we can’t wait to return.
