Inoshin is an omakase experience from the team behind New York's Michelin-starred Kosaka, taking up an eight-month residency within the historic Hemingway Tower at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi. Following two decades of training in Tokyo, chef Inoue made his name in New York's restaurant scene, as chef of his eponymous Inoue, Kosaka and two residencies of Kosaka Miami. At Inoshin, guests can sit at a selection of intimate tables or at the six-seat sushi counter, where chef Inoue guides them through a culinary journey that begins with hassun, or Japanese small plates, followed by sashimi and a procession of expertly prepared nigiri made with prized selections from Tokyo's Toyosu Market, and concludes with dessert and tea, all served on beautifully crafted Japanese ceramics. We had a great experience at 15th Street Fisheries. We had Sea Bass and Crab Cakes. Both were amazing! Our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We had Cake Bread Chardonnay with our meal on 1/2 price bottle wine night. Overall, great seafood, service and atmosphere.

As one who loves Kusaka in NYC, coming to their pop up in the Four Seasons Surf Club was a treat. The chef, Shinichi Inoue, has served us before in NY. Everything is imported from Japan and the quality and presentation is excellent. The staff is very pleasant and helpful too. I only have 2 complaints that are out of their control. First is the choice of Japanese beers was limited and not to my personal liking. This is because they are required to use the Four Seasons' alcohol vendors only. The other is the $35 valet charge. They will be open until August, and then in November will move into their own restaurant in the building next door when it is completed as construction has been delayed about a year. This restaurant is highly recommended.

Unique decor - different theme in every space, but each one fanciful and inviting. We sat in the swing room with a beautiful view of the river (but someone please clean those windows to fully maximize the views!) Food was very tasty with large portions - location and portion size justified the slightly pricey menu. Very friendly service. PERFECT after seeing a matinee at the Broward - a pleasant five minute walk along the river from the theater.

Our favorite restaurant in the area . It never disappoints- we describe as Elevated service and food . Our waiter was beyond superb . He introduced us to a rose Martini with a South African gin and a twist of orange peel but also recommended the duck ragu which we paired with an incredible salad, sea bass , broccolini and more that I just can’t recall . We will return next time we are in the area .
