I knew better to have anything in the car. But apparently that didn’t matter. I’ll never be returning bc the area just isn’t good, sadly.More infoBardo Lounge & Supper ClubPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakland•4.8
- BBSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSkates on the Bay in Berkeley provided a delightful lunch experience today as I caught up with a dear friend. We started with the artichoke and crab dip, which was rich and creamy, featuring generous chunks of fresh crab. It was served warm with toasted baguette slices, making it perfect for sharing while we chatted. For my main course, I enjoyed the salmon sandwich, which was a true highlight. The salmon was flaky and moist, topped with creamy avocado and served on a toasted brioche bun. The presentation was impeccable, making it almost too pretty to eat! The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with our server offering excellent recommendations. The restaurant's waterfront location provided stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, creating an inviting atmosphere for our leisurely lunch. Overall, my experience at Skates on the Bay was exceptional, combining fresh seafood, beautiful presentation, and attentive service—an ideal spot for enjoying great food with friends!More infoSkates on the BayPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Berkeley•4.6
- AAnitaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •80 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is easily one of our newest "must go again as much as possible" place. We loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Just enough quiet elegance a lil art deco-y with a modern touch and the place was hopping with busy happy vibe. Staff was well-trained competent & personable. Cocktails were great and the food was sooooo good. We loved the East Bay pizza (truffle & cheese) and the baked pasta was vodka pasta which was unique and executed perfectly. Lemme tell you the cacio e pepe is a must, sooo yummy. We also got the pesto pasta which was also worthy but next to the cacio e pepe it was neglected. However that meant we had something yummy to take home. Now here's the best thing in addition to all that we enjoyed: FREE corkage. They had a great wine list which we'll try next time but we brought our own bottle.More infothree.one four pizzeriaPrice: Expensive• Pizzeria• Berkeley•4.5
