Best Historic Restaurants in Financial District

You will not be dissatisfied in any way. I went to Bardi's 31 years ago for the first time. It left such a lasting impression that I've recommended it to anyone who likes fine dining in an authentic atmosphere. The staff are professionals and very kind. The food is absolutely perfect. Many say this is the best steak in Toronto. The wine list is extensive and yoy cant go wrong as our server was very knowledgeable with it. All I have to say is get there atleast once to try it for yourself. Very enjoyable in all ways.

Great experience! wonderful location would recommend over the “Queen st” location. Ambiance was on point, perfect spot for a special date. Great food & well priced wine selection. *please try the tiramisu*

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Reign, and the service was excellent. Our only negative is the music it was far too loud. You go to a restaurant to talk with friends or family not to have loud spoil everything.

The food, service and atmosphere were spot on for the celebration of a mentor turning 90. We loved it! Food, people and the Champaign. The only disappointment and actually surprise was as follows: I told the bartender about the 90th bday celebration the 6 of us were having, please bring us a bottle of Champaign and 6 glasses. All cool. And he said we will bring something special at the end of brunch. The waitress brought a beautiful mix of three desserts which tasted amazing. What surprised me was when I got the bill was we were charged for them. Rather than make a stink amongst very special guests, I paid the bill. However, a couple of days have gone by now and it still bothers me. Would I go back again for another special celebration and recommend to others? For sure! It’s just unfortunate that this impression of a complimentary thank you is what you remember.
