Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. It is always a pleasure dining here. The decor is stylish and atmosphere conducive to talking as well as eating; We recently brought visiting American friends and they loved it. We have also brought friends from the inner west of Sydney and they loved it too! The food was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you for what you do!

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
