Steak 48 exceeded all my expectations, providing a dining experience that was nothing short of phenomenal. The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service from Ryjane. She was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, knowledgeable, and flawless in her execution. Her genuine warmth and efficiency elevated the entire experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was equally outstanding! From the perfectly cooked, tender steak to the delectable sides and appetizers, every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise and attention to detail. The flavors were rich and beautifully balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. Steak 48 is the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in an unforgettable meal. Definitely impressed and will be back!! I was a little nervous as we usually book Taste of Texas or Perry’s for our Annual Christmas EVE eve family dinner, but so happy we chose Haywire. Food was great, our server was great, not too loud so we could visit, great atmosphere!!!
