- BBrianNew York City •26 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were nine for a three-generation dinner after Thanksgiving. The Log Cabin has a wonderful atmosphere, and the service and food were wonderful. There were a couple of hiccups with the cooking that they dealt with cheerfully and respectfully. This is a wonderful place to eat on special occasions.More infoThe Log CabinPrice: Very Expensive• American• Leola•4.8
- MMarianNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTook our family to Founding Farmers brunch for the first time. What an experience! We went Thanksgiving weekend and after cooking so much at home for the holiday it was such a treat to go enjoy this buffet. Our server, Maria, couldn’t have done a better job making us feel welcome and explaining the layout if the buffet. She also asked us about food allergies and told us of any item that had tree nuts — Pecan Pie. The carving station had roast beef, ham, thick sliced bacon cooked to perfection, assorted sausages and even salmon cakes. We also enjoyed the blackened catfish as other diners said not to miss this as well as the miso-glazed salmon. Of course, there’s also an omelette station. My kids loved the french toast with the bananas foster on top. So good. There’s also some light healthy choices which my daughter loved. But honestly, it’s a buffet… too much good food to enjoy. Did I mention the cinnamon rolls that they welcome you to the table with? Big soft cinnamon rolls baked in an iron skillet and hot out of the oven with the glaze dripping on top. Save til the end of the meal if you can. They are filling. We highly recommend this place for brunch. You won’t be disappointed. Great food. Great service. - GGregPhiladelphia County •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoRecommendation coming from a regular here so it may be a bit prejudiced. Overall have had only good to great experiences while frequenting this establishment. Reservations recommended though there is bar seating on first come first served basis. Service is very good and food selection, though not extensive, should cover most palates. Daily specials across each plating usually available. Very good wine selection with one of the owners a sommelier. Highly recommendMore infoGibraltar LancasterPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Lancaster•4.8
- MMikePhiladelphia County •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoOur food took much longer to get than what would be expected and when we got it, it was just warm. Not hot, like it sat for awhile before being delivered to the table. However, the food was very good. I got their baby back ribs and they were truly fall off the bone. Done to perfection. The steaks were also very good. The waiter kept coming back to apologize for how long it was taking, which when looking around, it didn't seem all that busy. He did keep our drinks filled and got a nice tip. After all it wasn't his fault the food took so long. Overall, I would definitely go back again.More infoIron Hill Brewery - LancasterPrice: Moderate• American• Lancaster•4.4
