It prepares you for a fine dining experience and it stays true to its mission. We wanted however, a more typical German menu, but we settled fine with the options available in the menu. I would like to especially mention the service level that was great. Eric that served us, was the most pleasant person we met during our stay in Dusseldorf, very polite and always with a smile on his face, eager to provide info and recos for us.
