Best Healthy Restaurants in Bloomingdale

Today the food was, as always, delicious. I had the frisée salad and a side of fries. My friend had mussels with frites. But I want to write about the great staff. EVERY person I encountered - from the maitres’d to our waiter to the support staff - was bright and cheerful and extraordinarily helpful. How can you not love a neighborhood restaurant like Cafe Luxembourg?

We loved everything about Milo’s midtown! It had been over 10 years since we’ve been here & choose this for our friend who has never been in NYC. We arrived early & sat at the bar with great cocktails taking in the holiday cheer & bustle of the staff as they take from the fresh stock of Mediterranean fish chosen by their customers. We had the tomato salad & calamari to start. Not a huge fan of calamari but this was perfect. Lavraki, our main meal, was intensely flavorful with some grilled mixed vegetables. We topped off the meal with decadent desserts & shared some baclava & galaktoboureko.

This was our first Nobu experience and we will definitely be back. The food was great. Service was even better! The servers explained each dish and how it should be consumed. Well worth the visit!

Easy to make reservation. Greeted at the door and seated within a few minutes. Staff was friendly and very informative. This was our first visit and will most likely return.
