Best Healthy Restaurants in Millstone Township

Rooneys is always a great dining experience with excellent service. Tonight, the restaurant was decorated for the Christmas season and looked beautiful.

There were seven of us for the prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner. It was a bargain! $70/pp for a four course and delicious meal. Four choices: traditional turkey, salmon, prime rib and vegetarian. All were terrific. Every course was fantastic and everyone was happy with their choices. A manager assisted the staff in keeping the service running smoothly. The entire staff was fantastic. The restaurant was completely booked and the way it is laid out in a series of small rooms, the noise level was low and the atmosphere intimate. I have been here several times for brunch, lunch and dinner and it is consistently fantastic.

Our second time here and, once again, the food and service were excellent.

Beautiful ambience with Great drinks and a nice menu. The waiter had appetizers, pastas,fish,steak specials all memorized and one sounded better than the others. Amazingly good meal cannot wait to go back. Nice wine menu as well. Desserts a must also. Note they do add on 3.5 for credit cards which adds up at the prices here so luckily I had plenty of cash.

Mediterra is hands down our favorite restaurant in Princeton. The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.
