Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. I can’t tell you much I appreciate that you have both. Kids menu and a plant based section on your menu! It’s so nice to find a modern, yet casual, restaurant that can accommodate the needs of my whole family. I also really appreciate that you have tofu for your plant based diners, because a lot of places that have vegan options only serve you vegetables, and vegans want/need/deserve protein, too!! So happy with our experience at tap & barrel!!
