- LLarrySan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur server was so knowledgeable and made us feel completely comfortable. Our group was somewhat diverse with different tastes, but our server worked to understand and get to know us. He then crafted multiple courses, each of which were amazing! Definitely pricey, but definitely worth it!More infoNobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Caesars Palace•4.6
- JjuliaLas Vegas •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLove this place. It was Valentines Day so it was super busy, people waiting out the door. We made reservations and even got there a bit early, but still waited a bit over our reservation time. We waited in the bar, meeting with friends we hadn’t seen in years. Bartenders and drinks were very good, and again super busy. We were seated and we headed to their salad bar. (One reason I love this place!) Then the meats begun! We were in a back(ish) room, filled with many people having a wonderful time. Yes it was noisy but it was expected. The guys with the meat made their rounds. Only complaint, being so busy, all the choices hadn’t made their rounds. I know we could’ve asked for them, but we were good. We then, ordered desserts. Oh my gosh, the coconut pie put me over the top. German chocolate cake. Chocolate cake and another I lost track. All Delicious. Thank you for making our Valentines evening so special!! - RRayvenLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoValentine’s Day was early this year and my life was way too hectic. I had to DoorDash my wife’s gifts to the restaurant! They held on to the gifts for hours, kept it a secret when we entered, helped me unpack the gifts when my wife went to the restroom and provided a pen to sign the card. They brought a card out that read “happy Valentine’s Day, I love you”. 🤗 the food is ALWAYS top tier!! The service is as good as the food!More infoFogo de Chao - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Paradise•4.4
- KKris2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA coworker and I have come to Las Vegas for an annual conference, and this restaurant has become our special place that we go when the conference is over to celebrate all of our learning and further involvement with the organization. The menu is outstanding! We were craving the muscles, which we had on our last visit, but they had been replaced with a tuna tartare, that is absolutely out of this world! I could eat this stuff every day and twice a day on Sundays. Very delicious. Our pasta courses were the gnocchi and the pumpkin caramelle. The gnocchi was absolutely outstanding, probably the very lightest gnocchi I have ever eaten in my life! The caramel was OK, the pumpkin flavor is lovely and the accent with Sage is very smart, but this was a little too Thanksgiving issue for me. Very delicious, but Wish we would have selected something different. Our main course was the whole Branzino that we had with the red pepper and chili pesto. Our waiter, Christopher also brought us a side of the lemon and capers sauce, and both were fantastic. While we were told that eating, the whole fish rather than having them, filleted was the ideal best way to go, my colleague, and I were relieved that our amazing waiter offered to serve the fish for us, which was super helpful given that I am totally afraid of swallowing a tiny fish bone. I did not think I’d be able to handle dessert, but my coworker wanted to try the Crosta, and it was a fantastic idea. It’s a lightish kind of apple tart that came with a cinnamon flavored crème fraîche which absolutely was the highlight of the dish. This restaurant will go down in history for me as one of my favorite places to die in Las Vegas, and if you are taking a trip there, whether you are anywhere near to Caesar’s Palace or not, if you like Italian food and especially Italian seafood, you need to check out this place!
