Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Excellent meal at Joey’s Bentall! Tried the cod for the first time, what a delicious dinner. I will be back just for the cod! The kids shared a cheeseburger and hubby had the katsu chicken salad, always delicious. The restaurant was busy, pre hockey game crowd. Our waiter Thomas G, was a star! He added to an already great meal, he was attentive in all the right ways, with a smile and a sense of humour.
