Best Healthy Restaurants in Charlotte

The lunch experience was phenomenal. We’ve only been to the dinner experience which is also lovely, but this felt far less busy and was very nice to not drive Charlotte traffic after dark. Service was exquisite as always, and the food was divine. Everything is spectacular - we will be returning for the lunch service as long as they continue to offer it. We love Chima!

We came here for valentines day, and it was a really great experience! I highly recommend a reservation in advance to make sure you get a table at a good time. It was pretty crowded, and we waited for our reserved table for a couple of minutes, but it did not take long at all. The server we had was very attentive and knowledgeable about drinks and the menu. We both ultimately did the treatment with all seafood including both cooked and raw, but they can cater it based on needs, allergies, etc. Typically you can get 6-8 dishes, and we got 7 in all, so we were definitely full. The food was delicious, and our favorite the seared tuna! Highly recommend this place for special dates, dinners, or even a solo self care daye for yourself. It'll be a treat!

I was looking forward to the full menu, however, because of the Valentine day menu, all of the dishes came with the same sides. Uncharged for other sides.

Festive atmosphere, Valentine's Day, but not devoted solely to couples. A lot of us were dining preshow. I saw several families. Food was great. They brought us an "extra" plate of roasted brussel sprouts to try and they were awesome. Great wine selection with some reasonable options

Mariposa at the Mint was the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday! The atmosphere was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting experience. Our server, Rebecca, was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and eager to make our evening special. She even took pictures for us and provided excellent food and drink recommendations. Even on a quieter Tuesday evening, the service was top-notch. I can’t wait to come back and try their brunch!
