Best Healthy Restaurants in Captiva Island

Sunday is always Connor’s Restaurant day for us. It is by far our favorite restaurant. We can always count on delicious food and exceptional service. Some favorite food choices for us are the Smokey Chicken Problano soup, Prime Rib Chili, Voodoo Shrimp, Fried Green Tomatoes, Grilled Chicken, and anything with Pasta. Of course the desserts are also something to end your meal. The dessert selection is tremendous. There are so many wonderful and delightfully delicious choices they are almost too beautiful to eat. You owe it to yourself to go visit this restaurant. I believe it will quickly become your favorite restaurant too!

We were there for Sunday Brunch at 11:30. Several Hosts and Hostesses welcomed us upon entering and found our Open Table reservation right away. As requested, we were taken to the quietest table in the dining area. Our Server arrived just after we were seated and remained attentive, but not intrusive, throughout our stay. Our food was delivered promptly after our order had been placed, and everything was complete and correct. The food presentation was beautiful and tasted delicious. The portions were quite generous. An overall Excellent experience!

We had a fantastic dining experience at Green Flash! Our server, Ashley, was attentive and friendly. My husband enjoyed his Grouper Cafe de Paris. My yellow snapper (special of the day) might be the best meal I have had on Captiva! Don’t skip out on dessert- the carrot cake was a hit with us! We appreciated the owner circulating around the room checking on all the tables.

We had our first dining experience at Sails and will definitely be back. It was perfect for a special date night. We ate at the bar and everything was perfect from start to finish - great cocktails, soup and pork belly were perfect starters on a chilly FL night followed by ravioli overloaded(in a good way) with lobster and truffle ravioli. We RARELY order dessert, but heard a lot about the sticky toffee pudding and it was worth the hype. I can see us coming back just for a glass of wine and that dessert. Lovely!

This is my favorite place to have lunch in Naples. The food is very good and the ambiance is very nice. Roberto, our waiter, has taken care of us before and he always excels at service and friendliness. They were understaffed today but he never sacrificed his service for the three of us. A++ for him! Many need more like him. My only recommendation is for the two hostesses that are upfront. Can they make people feel welcome? My God, a simple smile goes a long way! Not even while sitting us the young lady said a word like “enjoy your meal.” Not even a reply when I thank her to show us our table. Wrong job for her. The rest, excellent! I’ll keep coming back. Let’s see if the hostesses learn to smile by then.
