Best Fun Restaurants in Glenbrook

My wife and I ate here for our 29th anniversary last night. Everything we ate was 100% spot on. You could tell there was a lot of thought behind every dish. The cooking techniques were incredible- everything was done to enhance the flavor of the dish without being flashy for the sake of being flashy. We did the 10 course dinner and are still debating which of the dishes we enjoyed the most. An added benefit of the restaurant- the smell of the smoke used for the cooking permeates the air which adds to the experience. The servers were casual but all incredibly professional and helped to create a memorable night. Bonus points for an interesting and fun wine/sake/cocktail list! We can't wait to come back.

We had so much fun! Our server was so attentive. We ordered like 6 appetizers and some Ragu for my husbands birthday. She asked us if we wanted it all at once or one or two at a time. She did great. Brought the salad with the ceviche, the sliders with the Mac n. Cheese.. saved the entree for last. We were so full by then so we let her know before it was time so she could have it boxed so they didn’t waste dishes. They brought an adorable tiny treat for my husbands birthday. Everyone was on top of drinks and food. We came when they first opened a while back and it was good then but it’s way better now. Thank you for the lovely evening! My wife & I go to Edgewood every Christmas morning for breakfast. They have an amazing eggs Benedict with lump crab along with a delicious watermelon & carrot juice infusion. I just wish that they served local Bare Roots Coffee . The views are also beautiful to look out at Lake Tahoe. The service is always very genuine & attentive with smiles . Love the the bistro . Beautiful restaurant, they recently expanded it and it’s huge! For it being Christmas Eve in a packed restaurant our food came out amazingly quick. Our drinks were constantly filled, our waiter was outstanding in always checking with us. Food 10/10. It is pricey and definitely a splurge but compared to the other restaurants in harrahs/harveys this is by far the best. Don’t waste your money elsewhere, it’s worth the splurge. The cheesecake and the butterscotch pudding were the best desserts we’ve ever had.

The food was delicious! Charlotte was a great server for us! We celebrated a big birthday and it was so much fun!
