Our food order was taken quickly, the only minor thing was that our drinks were served in a warm glass so the drinks were not as cold as we would have like. We went for the set menu - we couldn't believe how good the options were and 3 excellent courses all for £31.50. We 3 all chose the curried cauliflower soup (a deliciously smooth veloute), one calves liver, one fresh Cornish plaice, and a superb steak.
