The first floor and mezzanine at Bernie’s are where you’ll find artisan cocktails, one-of-a-kind wines, local craft beer, and truly tasty dishes. Our dinner menu is a uniquely Justin Best creation, with influences from all over the Spanish diaspora and beyond.Head up one more flight of stairs from the restaurant to find a cinema like no other. The Curious Café opened in November 2014 and is located in the heart of Kelowna's cultural district. Since then, The Curious has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.The Curious interior, designed by proprietor Luigi Coccaro and designer Rhonda Lebedoff, reflects the hip sensibilities urban area's while also paying tribute to Kelowna's storied past. Adding to the mystique of the setting is the location's history, as it used to be a run-down tobacco shop, now transformed into a warm hang out.The multi-room restaurant offers the choice to eat comfortably on the café side where one may watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the open-kitchen room or sit on the community table side where 24 beers flow from our rotating taps.

    Overall a great restaurant. Grateful food, service and atmosphere. Reasonably priced. My husband had the chicken parmigiana…said one of the best he’s had. I love the Korean flavours! Highly recommend.

    Love this experience so much. The only criticism of this space, is you have to exit into a dark alley. From a security perspective this needs to be reviewed. Also the interior space of hello darlin is small so some consideration needs to be addressed for human pollution,(gas) keeping the door open for air and ceiling fans would be a start.
