- SStephenNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGoia on Wooster Street made our wedding anniversary unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly special with their warm and attentive service. The food was absolutely incredible—the sticky toffee pudding was hands down better than what we had in England, and the smoked old fashioned was perfection. The atmosphere is stunning, with great energy and dope vibes that made the evening even more memorable. Goia has mastered the art of doing something old but making it feel fresh and new. We can’t wait to return and try their pizza. Phenomenal experience—well done, Goia!More infoGioia - Wooster Street New HavenPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Haven•4.8

This time we went on a friday after Christmas, the decoration, staff, food was amazing. Whether you’re there for a couple of drinks at the bar or seating in there dining section you’ll have a wonderful experience. They pay good attention to allergies and have gluten free options.More infoOlives and OilPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• New Haven•4.4
- HHindaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to go here. Needed a place to dine for Christmas Eve and since Encore by Goodfellas was opened I decided to make a reservation. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was impressed with the upscale classy decor. We were greeted by the hostess who took us to the upstairs level that we requested only to be more impressed with the atmosphere and classy vibe. The waitstaff was super attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. AND….what a menu! A large array of appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, steaks, seafood veal, pork, and chicken. Took me 15 minutes alone to decide what I would order, Well we placed the order and one dish was better than the next, absolutely outstanding and well presented large portions, Dessert was out of this world as well, Great Chef!!! Our dinner was so special that we decided to make another reservation for a few weeks down the line. Encore doesn’t deserve 5 stars, it deserves 10. Now this is coming from a native New Yorker who has had access to all the finest restaurants ( and dined in most of them as well). Encore by Goodfellas stands amongst them’More infoEncore by GoodfellasPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• New Haven•4.6
