Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy. Chef Luciano grew up with his parents & grandparents where good food, using the freshest of ingredients, was always a staple. His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food.     Corfinio NEVER disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious. The mussels are to die for! The service is second to none. We love Tabitha the server and Stacey the bartender are always top notch. And we love being surrounded by the lovely ambiance that is Corfinio!

    We have been wanting to try this restaurant for some time. Finally made reservation and we were not disappointed! The restaurant is so pretty and cozy. Staff very attentive and friendly. The place had a great vibe - The bar looked very welcoming for drinks or dinner. We sat in the dining room. Our server Danielle was amazing and an asset to this restaurant. We had chicken piccata and chicken marsala and both were so good. We will definitely be back soon!

    It was excellent! The food is a bistro , high quality food, all home made in house , the food was delicious! Empanadas were my favorite! It’s a comfortable and inviting setting! A must try !
