We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. Overall a great time. There was 1 waitress who was very rude, rolled her eyes every time we tried to order or ask for a moment to decide what we wanted to order. Otherwise everyone else was lovely and we would 100% come back, the food and vibes were 10/10

Crocodile bites were so good!! We also loved the games of corn-hole and quoits that were free to play. We did the gin tasting and were so impressed with the berry ink gin that we just had to buy a bottle. If we’re down in the Tweed Valley again, we’ll be back!
