Beautiful old building and friendly greeting upon arrival. Shown to our table in the busy restaurant and service was very good. Friendly staff and fantastic food. Everything appeared to be homemade which was really lovely. This place delivered! Only negative was we were seated upstairs near the corridor where the door is so it was cold. My wife had the fish of the day that she described as lovely and I had the minute steak. Only £22 for a steak which is less than most pubs!
