This was my first time there and I spoke to the manager and reiterated how good the food was. The service was excellent and I don’t mind tipping, but I didn’t like the fact that I was billed 20 percent. Restaurants cannot assume we received top notch service. Sometimes no tip or a low tip would incentivize their workers to do better. My daughter said it was one it was the best beef she has ever had! The chef was quite entertaining and kept my young guest amazed. I have been to several Benihana restaurants in a few cities: this is one of the best.
