- WWayneYorkshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is our 2nd time visiting, and the food, service and setting has always been outstanding - 10/10. We were served by James (both times) and Louie? (Sorry if the spelling isn’t right) this most recent time, not to mention the lady hosting (whose name also escapes me, SORRY) - all a credit to the place! We always feel welcome and catered for, and can’t wait to come back again and again.More infoBettys Café Tea Rooms - HarrogatePrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Harrogate•4.7
- EEliotYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 19, 2024Heard great things and it did not disappoint - we are both vegan, and they whipped up a special menu for us for the evening. Service was perfect, wine was great and food was executed perfectly - so much flavour. We will be coming back.More infoBavette-LeedsPrice: Expensive• French• Leeds•4.9
- JJohnManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 19, 2024The Allotment is a great place for vegan food. I'd really recommend the tapas deal, we shared 5 small plates and they were all delicious. It's a lovely atmosphere and the service is excellent. An oasis of calm amid the noise and bustle of the Christmas markets!More infoThe Allotment Vegan EateryPrice: Expensive• Vegetarian / Vegan• Manchester•4
- HHayleyManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 18, 2024We are a family of four, including two boisterous children. The gentleman who served us absolutely “got the memo” that I needed to discreetly pick the most suitable table to ensure we didn’t disrupt other diners. He was excellent and understanding the boys’ need to be away from other customers and brought us kids menus. The menus seem “slim pickings” but we felt like we had a good selection for our picky kids and us being pescatarian. The cocktail menu was great and we enjoy a few of those. The kids had good sized portions or burger and chicken “nugget” and thick cut chips. We had a selection of veggie sharing plates. All of the food was so incredibly tasty and we felt really full despite the portion sizes looking quite small on arrival. We’d definitely like to return to have more of the menu. We’d just have appreciated a faster service because the kids were getting restless waiting for their puddings. Other than that, this is a very easy place to recommend to others!More infoThe Restaurant at The RefugePrice: Moderate• Global, International• Manchester•4.2
