Best Vegan Restaurants in Normandy Beach

The food and service were exceptional. We went on a holiday so it was a little noisy at times.

Mediterra is hands down our favorite restaurant in Princeton. The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.

I’ve decided to celebrate my birthday at Miti Miti because I love me some tacos. I was not expecting anything less because of the reviews I read and with several people’s recommendations. Ashley was an amazing waitress and was very patient with my party of 10. We ate. We laughed. We vibed throughout the night. Ambience was perfect and the music… I’ll definitely be back for round two. Very nice ambience and views of the ocean. The food was good and the service was good. Quite satisfied.
