What an amazing culinary experience! Every bite was perfect. My fiancé isn’t vegan but he loved our meal at Fabrick more than a recent visit to a high end steakhouse. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

We have loved Uchiko for years but this was the first time we ate off the Happy Hour menu, and our experience was fantastic in every way! The team always helps us enjoy a special celebration around our wedding anniversary (27 years so far)!
