Best Vegan Restaurants in Manitou Springs

My husband and I absolutely love coming to Rabbit Hole, the food is always perfect! Definitely my favorite restaurant downtown!

The castle ambience is elegant and special. Not everyone dresses their best but it is still fun if you want to do that! I had the gluten free menu and everything was absolutely delicious! Although the desserts weren’t quite the quality of the rest of the meal, I thought. Too heavily minty-flavored. The GF scones were excellent and very flavorful. I’m looking forward to going back again some time!

Wonderful meal with delicious food served by a caring, well-informed, and very friendly server (Katie). Lots of options for the 5 different people in our group, as we all have different favorites. The small, divided rooms were quiet and made for pleasant conversation. As for the chocolate fondues at the end... well... amazing.

Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.

Way cool bar located in the back of an establishment I NEVER had plans to step into- what a waste of time/how silly I've been! I was delighted to find this multi faceted business' offerings- delicious cocktails and mocktails, ice cream, and a welcoming atmosphere for all. Our server was a statuesque, lovely brunette- I didn't catch her name, but she was also attired in what had to be the coolest outfit I'd seen in a while. Especially for COS. She was attentive (but not overbearing) and made our mocktails with perfectly delicious precision. On my way out, I noted that there are themed nights and performances galore, outside of games. I'll be back.
