- EEmilyCentral Kentucky •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI wish I could rate the ambiance higher than 5 stars! It is very dark and moody lighting with a speakeasy feel. The tapas were all incredible and were a perfect way to end our night after walking around Las Vegas all day. Our favorites were the scallops, Brussels sprouts, and chicken meatballs. We ordered 4 tapas for 2 people which was the perfect amount. Highly recommend if you have a chance to go!More infoBeauty & Essex- Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Speakeasy• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas•4.8

Great service from Naomi and staff and fun watching the kitchen staff preparing the food. It’s a beautifully designed kitchen too. We shared a number of the signature dishes and none were a disappointment. Started off with the Lychee Elderflower Cocktail and a Japanese Plum (umeshi) Wine Highball. The highball is on the secret menu and is my favorite Japanese cocktail. All of the following are Five Star dishes - mushroom soup, unagi with cucumber, roasted eggplant with miso, and black cod miso. The squid pasta and vegetable tempura were also fresh and tasty. Nobu should bottle the miso glaze that was used on some of the dishes. It’s hard to imagine but we did have room for dessert and ordered the Bento Box for dessert. It had a well prepared flourless chocolate lava cake with green tea ice cream that was made with ceremonial grade Japanese green tea. Amazing taste. If you are in the mood to try Japanese food with a modern twist - go to Nobu’s at least once.More infoNobu - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.6
- SSwithinvipToronto / Ontario •10 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 3, 2024We got the truffle ramen (SO good), lamb ribs and smashed cucumber. All dishes were prepared well and hit the spot. If you are rescheduling your reservation make sure you get the name of the person who confirms the reschedule. We showed up thinking we were on time though the reschedule was never noted so we were a half hour late and lost our seats. Hostess was thankfully able to sit us at the bar.More infoMomofuku Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• The Strip•4.8
