- CChristopherVIPNew Mexico •10 reviews5.0Dined todayBlades Bistro is an intimate setting in a rural location. It boasts one of the most experienced and accomplished chefs in this area. The steak au poivre rivals similar dishes I have eaten at the best restaurants in France, New York, and California. The pasta dishes are delicious. Salads are uniformly wonderful. My daughter got the Bistro Salad and asked as a dressing for the same sauce that was being served on salmon filet. My daughter is brilliant, and the chef is a master of sauces. Blades offers a selection of cocktails made with spirits brewed in New Mexico. The wine list at Blades in modest but everything is good. We like the minerally vouvray. Blades offers a very nice cabernet sauvignon by the glass. I could ask for a richer selection of pinot noirs, but whatever. Blades was out of the Grüne Veltliner, one of my favorite whites, but it will be back soon. The; entree prices are moderate -- maybe on the high side of moderate, but not expensive. The service is friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether, a supper at Blades Bistro is a wonderful way to end your day.More infoBlades' BistroPrice: Moderate• International• Placitas•4.9

My wife got the prime rib and it was very good the sides were got were a baked potato and mashed potatoes and both were great. The green beans were awesome as well. I’m not sure of the dessert we got but that to was amazing! Besides my ribeye being just okay the overall experience and everything else was top notch!More infoVernon's SpeakeasyPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Albuquerque•4.8

- DDougNew Mexico •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMarty is a fantastic server! He sold both of us on the strip steak without doing a sales job, did not interrupt our conversation but jumped in to serve at just the right moments and got the bartender to make a special drink for my guest with no hesitation. The steak was cooked perfectly and the presentation immaculate. My guest has dined all over the world in 5 star restaurants and was duly impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. - JJamesSouthwest Florida •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoTen 3 is a great experience. The views are simply amazing. The staff is great. The service is excellent. The food is top notch. The dining room is charming and inviting. There just isn't a wrong step here. We had dinner for 3 at 5:30 for our son's 34th birthday (he's in a wheelchair and there were no issues with access or seating). We arrived early and were seated right away. He was welcomed with a birthday card signed by many of the staff, which was really nice. And they also gave his dessert a birthday touch. The evening could not have been any better. Even the clouded sunset finally broke out in glorious color. It's expensive, of course, but well worth it.More infoTen 3Price: Very Expensive• American• Albuquerque•4.8
