- SSamanthaLancashire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThe food is amazing! It’s a little more expensive than your standard Chinese but you get what you pay for as the quality is exceptional. We tend to visit when it’s a special occasion, it’s really lovely for a birthday treat.More infoMichael Wan's MandarinPrice: Very Expensive• Chinese• Blackpool•4.8
- JJohnManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe Allotment is a great place for vegan food. I'd really recommend the tapas deal, we shared 5 small plates and they were all delicious. It's a lovely atmosphere and the service is excellent. An oasis of calm amid the noise and bustle of the Christmas markets!More infoThe Allotment Vegan EateryPrice: Expensive• Vegetarian / Vegan• Manchester•4
- HHayleyManchester/Greater Manchester •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe are a family of four, including two boisterous children. The gentleman who served us absolutely “got the memo” that I needed to discreetly pick the most suitable table to ensure we didn’t disrupt other diners. He was excellent and understanding the boys’ need to be away from other customers and brought us kids menus. The menus seem “slim pickings” but we felt like we had a good selection for our picky kids and us being pescatarian. The cocktail menu was great and we enjoy a few of those. The kids had good sized portions or burger and chicken “nugget” and thick cut chips. We had a selection of veggie sharing plates. All of the food was so incredibly tasty and we felt really full despite the portion sizes looking quite small on arrival. We’d definitely like to return to have more of the menu. We’d just have appreciated a faster service because the kids were getting restless waiting for their puddings. Other than that, this is a very easy place to recommend to others!More infoThe Restaurant at The RefugePrice: Moderate• Global, International• Manchester•4.3
- LLeoLancashire •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMe and my partner went for our 2 years. And as a chef myself I was very pleased with everything. The Steaks were cooked perfectly. It was the best chocolate milkshake I have had, too. The Decore was to my liking, too. I will definitely be coming again and recommending.More infoWILD WEST DINERPrice: Expensive• American• South Shore•4.4
- DDeniseLancashire •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAn excellent dining experience ! We have a Christmas dinner here every year, and it's so consistent. There are a few choices on the menu but we always opt for the traditional Christmas fayre - Prawn cocktail was served in a lovely sauce with crunchy bits, delicious, followed by an unusual Turkey Balloutine, really tasty with all the trimmings, nice cranberry sauce too ! Finished off with Christmas pud, sauce & ice cream , very yummy ! With our glass of white wine followed by a bottle of red, it was the perfect meal. Portions were just the right size, well cooked and presented with style. A lovely atmosphere and ambience, beautiful decorations, everyone happily chatting around you and enjoying themselves. Much credit to the staff who served us - smiling, chatty but still in their professional mode, nothing rushed, the right timings between courses, service was impeccable, in fact - Everything was PERFECT !! Thank you to The Grand.More infoThe Grand HotelPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Lytham St. Annes•4.8
