Best Vegan Restaurants in Hillsborough

Had an amazing time! Bruno and Leticia were absolutely wonderful—so attentive and friendly. The food was incredible, and their service made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, ambience and service. I will come back again. The food is excellent and the fish is particularly well prepared and presented. The Beet falafels were exquisite.

My first time at True Food Kitchen. I can’t have gluten and the restaurant was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The menu had so many options. The food was delicious.

Mediterra is hands down our favorite restaurant in Princeton. The servers are attentive and helpful, the bartenders and chefs are top notch, and we've never ordered anything off their pleasing menu we didn't love. Their pastaless lasagna (a vegetarian dish) is the best I've ever had anywhere (and I'm not even vegetarian.) Their homemade whole grain bread is outstanding (as is the seasoned olive oil they serve as an accompaniment) and we always enjoy their shellfish, cocktails and seafood, too. Plus, they're open all day, for those who like later lunches and they have a great dog-friendly outdoor seating area with heaters for cooler days. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I do so wish they'd bring back their delectable mushroom tacos and continue the vegan menu they offered last month, as we have many vegan friends we'd like to invite. That said, they are very accommodating about making adjustments to existing offerings where they can. Oh, and fabulous cocktails and wine menu too.

There were 4 of us. 3 of the 4 were very happy. One ordered the oxtail, taste was good but very fatty and hardly any meat. Disappointing.
