Gilberto was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. Great with our kids 4 and 6. Easy to talk to, happy to help, made great suggestions, very polite, timely and excellent service, and also gave opportunity to review the bill ahead of time and provide tip with privacy, that is not always give at a large upscale resort like this. Honestly perfect. Food was good as expected, value pricier as to be expected at a resort.

The Best Dining Experience in Puerto Rico! Last night, I had an unforgettable meal at what I now consider the best restaurant in Puerto Rico. The food was exceptional—every dish was crafted with precision, high-quality ingredients, and incredible flavor. The service was flawless. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. Their recommendations were perfect, and every detail was handled with care. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, making the experience even more special. This restaurant has set the bar high, and I can’t wait to return!

Celebrating our anniversary we had an exquisite pre fix dinner with one of my favorite champagne pairings delivered by Eugenio an excellent guide through the different bottles, and our server Carlos making sure every detail and every plate was an experience highlighted for our celebration deep thank you to all the staff for making it an unforgettable night.

Great food super staff. Extremely loud. So loud we asked to be moved outside. Excellent choice in Roo Mar. Have been here a few times, always awesome
