Best Vegan Restaurants in Meriden

Excellent food and service! Everything is delicious !! The staff is incredibly the best. We love coming here they also do wonderful banquets and party’s !! Everytime we have out of town guests we make it a point to bring them here to enjoy the fantastic food staff and ambiance !!!

Live music was a really pleasant surprise. Nice duo of standup bass and guitar, hi quality americana music. Vegan Chili and Roasted brussel sprouts were both delicious.

We started with the quinoa fritters, they were amazing. For Entrees we had the short rib with eggs, you can have your eggs any way you like. My wife had hers poached and mine scrambled. It was served with a side of roasted potatoes. The food came out amazing. Followed by dessert, a slice of cheesecake topped off in caramel sauce. Typically I find caramel overpowering sweet but this sauce met the perfect blend between bitterness and sweetness. Very well done

We had an amazing dinner here last night for my husband’s birthday! Everything was superb! The drinks, appetizers, and entrees were all so delicious! The ambience is so warm and welcoming. The seating is comfortably spaced and you do not feel crammed in. We did not feel rushed and our waitress was top notch! This is a well run restaurant with great food and amazing staff. It was our first time going here and we were certainly be coming back to try other things on the menu. Thank you New Mill Restaurant for a great birthday dinner! We absolutely loved everything!

Kiyah is an amazing server! Food was delicious and so were the drinks. However, the High West Campfire bourbon tasted absolutely horrible; almost as if something else had been previously in the glass. However, the old fashioned and the honey habanero highball were phenomenal. The service and the food and great happy hour specials will bring me back!
