- OTOpenTable DinerPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •4 reviews5.0Dined todayAn amazing European restaurant.in the heart of Colorado Springs. The owners were so gracious and accommodating, and the food was outstanding! The buratta salad, crispy Brussels sprouts and meatball flatbread kicked off the meal. All delicious! Then we had paprikash, beef stroganoff (cooked perfectly), and beef meatball ragú. A great holiday treat! We will be back for sure! Our new favorite restaurant. We are so fortunate to have Evergreen in COS.More infoEvergreen RestaurantPrice: Moderate• European• Colorado Springs•4.6

- JJonHouston •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoMy second time here as an out-of-towner, had the meat loaf, SLAPPED! I hardly ever eat meat loaf, and this one had perfect balance of flavors. Bartender was very generous and gave recs to other local spots as well.More infoThe Rabbit HolePrice: Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.7
- CCarolAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.4
