Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history. The dood was great and the service was outstanding. I had dinner there three nights during my hotel stay, and my server, named Ivy, was wonderful. I don't see this level of customer service often!
