Our food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. My only complaint is that we had a reservation and actually never sat at a table so we ate at the bar.

This is a nice, if not really large, hotel restaurant. It's a little cold as any giant hotel lobby restaurant might be, which just what it is, being inside the Hyatt Regency. But they do a nice job. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a hamburger which was sadly overcooked but still tasty, chicken and waffles which were great, and brussels sprouts which were good. Overall, about as expected but if you're looking for something more like an intimate restaurant with local vibe, I'd say it might not be top of your list. But highly recommend if you're meeting a group of friends and need room to spread out--the service was great.

Rough start but otherwise good experience. The ambience is a rare find these days, particularly in Denver. Attentive waitress. Our waters were always full. Japanese bread for the table was outstanding. Ravioli starter was yummy but a bit cold, although unsure if that was intentional with the unique way it's served? The entrees were filling. Caicio e Pepe and pork belly were delicious. Our only complaint was lack of a hostess or anyone to seat us for several minutes. We were confused and actually left to get our jackets from our room to eat elsewhere, but went back and were promptly seated for a lovely dinner.

Service was pretty slow considering it didn’t seem that busy. The manager stepped in a couple of times to help out. Overall it was still a great experience.
