Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Wakefield

The food was fabulous! Their famous Squid ink pasta and fruitti di mare were both outstanding. Wonderful Italian wines by the glass, too. We opted to sit at the bar in lieu of our reservation for a table and are happy we did. Service was great and the bartender recommended her favorites for both the food and beverages menus. We will definitely return when we go back to Boston!

Had never been got a gift card for Christmas it was so much better than I had thought it would be. Will be sure to return. Everything was cooked better than expected came out very timely young lady who was our waitress was awesome. Her name was Sarah G. Very attentive.

Excellent, intimate restaurant with a personal touch. Depending on where you sit you might get cold as we did with the front door constantly opening. Would suggest that the restaurant add a buffer of entryway. Casarecce has become our favorite place in the North End.

My daughter and I came in the night before my surgery at Mass , deciding to treat ourselves to a wonderful meal. I am Italian and I rarely choose Italian when I'm going out for dinner. Then I found this gem. The reviews were spectacular, and although a little bit pricey, in terms of what we usually can afford, we just went for it! I could go on and on, but to summarize it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten in my 58 years . We were seated promptly and served quickly, and the food was just beyond my expectations. It was, indeed, the exact experience I was looking for an a true treat in every way.
