- FFranciscovipWashington, D.C. Area •29 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went to Cedar Knoll for a late Thanksgiving lunch. They offered a family-style preset menu of traditional dishes. The good was quite good (turkey a bit overcooked, but not tough). The coordination of the meal service was superb: it's not easy to serve an entire Thanksgiving meal for two family-style. The staff was friendly, attentive and efficient!More infoCedar KnollPrice: Expensive• American• Alexandria•4.4
- KKatieChicago / Illinois •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were in town for a long weekend and found the Wharf online. A great atmosphere and the food was… AMAZING! We could not go wrong - the crab cake, seafood special, lobster ravioli, and succotash were all so good, and the price wasn’t bad either. Staff was very sweet and brought out cheesecake for our Anniversary as well! Highly recommend if you’re in Alexandria.More infoThe WharfPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Alexandria•4.5
- JJennifervipWashington, D.C. Area •11 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoCorso was really excellent. The menu looked so good that I had a hard time choosing. At our table we had the whipped ricotta which was delicious and great for sharing and the arancini which we all agreed were some of the best we had had in a long time. For the mains we had the scallops and risotto, the mushroom gnocchi, carbonara and the porchetta and white beans. Everyone loved their dishes (with the exception of the carbonara which was the only slight disappointment of the night). The porchetta was especially great. We shared the canoli for dessert and they were a very good sweet end to the dinner but small and maybe not the best value. The 22ox spritzes were a good value, on the other hand.More infoCorso ItalianPrice: Moderate• Italian• Arlington•4.5
