Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in North York / Don Mills

A most enjoyable luncheon experience, cozy, comfortable and charming! I visited The Oxley (I had been here once previously) with a good friend for lunch. Upon our arrival, I requested that we were seated towards the back, as we had some catching up to do and wanted to have a quieter table. No problem! Our server, James, was attentive, charming and accommodating - we had quite a few questions about the interesting and compelling menu - and he knew his stuff! We ended up ordering a cider and a half glass of their house stout (delicious!) and after a delightful chat with James, discovered we had a lot in common (Irish heritage ). My friend had the Mushroom and potato Pithivier, a rich and delicious phyllo pie wedge with a fresh side salad, and I had the fish and chips - exquisite generous portion of crispy lightly breaded fish and the fries were just how I love them - well done, hot and salty! The only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer! Cheers!

5 star service and food. Highly recommended Manti and Kebap.

The food we had was decent, and the service overall was good. They took a couple of things off the menu that I would always previously order.

service was excellent - three of our party of five had the ACE CLUB which turned out to be prepared and served very different than other restaurants which was a very pleasant surprise as it was excellent - two of our party were celebrating birthdays - staff gave them surprise dessert -wonderful!

Great pub with a wonderful atmosphere, lots of TV’s and the burgers are great!!!
